Meet Our Leaders
Haowen “Howie” Cheng, Back of House Director
A native of Taiwan, Howie, immigrated with his parents and siblings to America in the late ‘80s. After serving for over 23 years as a Special Warfare Boat Operator and Hospital Corpsman, he retired from the Navy. He is married to Jessica and they have four spirited boys. While in the service, he graciously led generations of sailors and tactfully advised several commanders. He earned a degree in business accounting and has a passion for coaching people in achieving financial peace. He currently serves on the Calvary Chapel Windward Board of Directors and coaches the Rainbow Aquatics-Kaneohe intermediate group. Howie has a history of service and dedication to teammates, which he is delighted to continue at the Makiki Drive Thru.
Tsu Osato, Talent Director
Tsu earned her bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. She has over 15 years of experience in the credit industry. As a VP of underwriting, she had oversight of high-value loan and lease transactions ($20-$200 million). Following 13 rewarding years as a stay-at-home mother, Tsu has re-entered the workforce, bringing her dedication to a part-time administrative and HR role at Chick-fil-A Makiki. Tsu is passionate about cultivating wisdom and character in the next generation. She finds joy in serving her church community and cherishing quality time with her husband and daughter.
Nastasia “Nas” Wongsopawiro, Front of House Director
A native of San Jose, California. Nastasia grew up in San Jose and graduated from a local community college. She eventually moved to Stockton, California to attend Christian Life College to study General Ministries with an Emphasis in Christian Music and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree. She started working at the local Chick-fil-A while attending bible college as a Team Member. She gained much passion and knowledge for the company and has been able to participate in several different opportunities inside and outside of the restaurant. Nastasia enjoys serving and being a part of her local church, The Rock Oahu and is beyond excited to serve the local community.
Zane Dydasco, Operator/Owner
A Native of Honolulu, Hawaii. Zane grew up in Palolo Valley and attended Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Campus from Kindergarten to Senior year. Upon graduation he attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs and graduated with a Systems Engineering Degree and was a four-year letterman in Division I Soccer. After commissioning as an Air Force officer, Zane served nine years in Cyber Operations in various capacities and moved all over the country. While in the Air Force, Zane attended Liberty University and earned his Master of Business Administration and aligned his business vision to serving his Honolulu community through a Chick-fil-A partnership. Zane is married to Jenna, a local Maryknoll alumnus, and they have three beautiful daughters, and are honored to serve the community in which they’ve grown up and now live.
